QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
Target operate a flat management structure which ensures that senior managers remain close to customers with regular direct contact and site visits to enable speed of decision making.
Assessments are undertaken with customers to evaluate our service and identify performance trends. These assessments form the basis for both the analysis of operatives' achievement, and the quality control system. |
|
WORK STUDY PRINCIPLES
Fundamental to the Target Clean approach is the application of work study principles to the assessment of requirements to ensure correct, efficient allocation of work loads, which establishes the basis for the preparation of quotations. Each cleaning operative has a Cleaning Schedule, detailing the specifics of the job and eliminating uncertainty in work procedures or responsibilities.
SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Good, proven basic systems ensure consistent standards and reliable service. Computer based support systems ensure continuity of supply of materials, regular maintenance and prompt repairs to equipment, and accurate payment to employees. |

|
SITE MANAGEMENT
Good site supervision of operatives and their work is essential to achieve a successful, quality service. Supervisors, who either pay regular visits or may be resident on site for the larger contracts, are carefully selected and undergo thorough in-house training and contract familiarity. They are responsible for daily monitoring of standards and ensuring continued application of good working practices. They maintain constant communication with both customers and operatives to react to changing conditions, establish a positive and stable workforce, and maintain consistent cleaning standards. |
|

Target Clean are environmentally aware and make positive efforts to minimise waste and maintain a clean working environment. Procedures are established for the recycling of paper and board, re-using packaging and containers, safe and conscientious disposal of waste, the conservation of energy, and the use of CFC - free and environmentally friendly.
